When planning your big day, flowers are an integral part and can be one of the most important decisions you make. Thats why we work with you through-out your journey from initial consultation to delivery on the day. From the time you choose us as your wedding florist, we pride ourselves on working together to build relationships based on trust, open communication and information sharing.
Once your date is booked please gather as much information as you can. Bring your scrapebook, mood board or use our free wifi to share your Pin Interest Page and photographs. One of our wedding florist will spend approximately an hour with you chatting about your ideas, flower choices, likes, dislikes and chosen designs. We will create an individual file that we will use through-out your journey to keep all your information safe and sound. When we've chatted our way through our comprehensive wedding consultation forms our florist will have built up a picture of your requirements and been able to suggest flower combinations for your designs. We will then compile this into a formal quotation which will be sent to you within 3 working days of your initial consult. This will detail everything discussed and will give itemised prices for each design requirement. We would ask that you review your quotation and call us to discuss any elements that require clarification. We will provisional hold your wedding date for 30 days from date of quotation with no obligation.
How to book us?
When you receive your quote if you are happy with it, then please call us on 01904 768439 to confirm your booking and pay a non refundable £50.00 deposit which secures your date and your prices as per quotation.
Now we're confirmed as your florist we will work with you and meet to discuss your flowers at the shop as often or as little as you'd like. All we ask is that you call ahead and let us know you'd like to pop in. We then have a mid way consultation where we would ask that you pay 50% of your oustanding balance. However, if you'd like to pay a little bit off at a time that fine with us, just call the shop and make a payment by card as and when you can.
We will contact you approx 4-6 weeks before your big day to invite you in for your final consultation. We will use this time to finalise all your requirements dotting all the "i's" and crossing the "t's" so to say. We will then send you your final Wedding Flower Schedule which will detail all delivery times / places for your big day down to which pins you'll have to secure your ribboning choices. We ask that you go over this with a fine tooth comb and confirm everything is OK or any changes that are needed as this is the document that we use to create your designs on the day.
