18 August 2018

Good day to all our lovely readers of the news articles.

Feeling rather proud of ourselves here at Dutch Nurseries as this is the second, yes i repeat, the second news article we have provided for you in the lovely month of August with another to come for you to read with glee before the end of the month- boy have we been busy little floristry bee's.

The subject of this article is of course not one but TWO great big hello's to the newest members of our ever expanding team here at Dutch Nurseries . This month we have welcomed both Elizabeth and Laura to the team , both with previous floristry experience and a passion for all things floral which is what we love here at Dutch Nurseries.

Elizabeth joins us with a knowledge for all things floral as well as umpteen amounts of experience from her Dad who ran a florist shop in York. Elizabeth will work with us every Monday so if you would like to come say Hello, Monday is the day to do it. You will find her behind her trustee trainee notebook and hand tied bouquets at the minute.

Laura joins us with previous work experience at a York florist shop as well as the upcoming floristry course she is about to embark on at Askham Bryan College (where Sarah, Nikki and Kelly all studied) which puts her in fantastic stead. With a massive passion for all things flowers as well as an arty eye and a art degree in her back pocket you will most probably find Laura decorating our window !! Come say Hello on a Tuesday or a Saturday !! again like Elizabeth she will have a notebook in hand.

What can we say - we are always growing here at Dutch Nurseries and feel really excited about our new team and were we are headed !! Bring on the future !!
